Memorial Day Weekend
Reservations required Friday, May 27, through Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Enhanced Day Care will be limited to pets with existing memberships or previously confirmed reservations. Thank you for selecting us 'Best of Georgia.'
Check-Out Times
For pet guests in our overnight Beyond Boarding and Cat Stay & Play programs, the standard check-out time is 12:00 p.m. After 12:00 p.m., a late check-out fee of $25 applies. (All reservations are customized for your pet and may include an extended check-out time.)
All pet guests, including those in our Enhanced Day Care program, must check-out before our lobby closes at 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 7:00 p.m. on weekends. After our lobby closes we charge a fee of $10 within the first ten-minutes, then a fee of $20. These fees are assessed per pet and are in addition to any other check-out or other fees.
At 30-minutes after our lobby closes, pets cannot be released from our secure facility and will be enrolled in our fantastic Beyond Boarding program until the next day. There are no exceptions to this rule and all associated fees are charged per pet. Read our FAQ to learn why we will not disrupt pets in our care.
Immunizations Are Required
Dogs are required to be current on the following vaccinations: Bordetella, Distemper, Canine Parvovirus and Rabies. Cats are required to have the Rabies and FVRCP vaccines (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus & Panleukopenia). For more information, please see our FAQ.
Enhanced Day Care Memberships
Memberships renew automatically each month and are charged to the credit card on file. Unused days are just that, unused, do not rollover to the next month and cannot be refunded. Memberships can be canceled at anytime and future billing will stop.
Multiple Pet Discounts
Additional pets from the same family enjoy a 15% discount for Beyond Boarding and Cat Stay & Play reservations. And additional pets who share the same suite or condo enjoy an additional 15% discount.
Holidays & Peak Periods
LUCKY & LADY charges a 7% surcharge during peak periods to guarantee reservations and availability for Beyond Boarding and Cat Stay & Play. A 30% deposit is required and is refundable if canceled at least 5 days prior to arrival date.
